About your order
If you are writing about an order, include the order number from your confirmation email. For an Interac e-Transfer, quote the reference shown at checkout — it is how a payment gets matched to the right order.
Made to order
Everything here is made or printed to order and posted from Ontario, so nothing goes out of stock. Allow a little longer than an off-the-shelf item, and say so if you need something by a particular date.
